We ship to all the European Countries, United States, Canada, Australia and other destinations Worldwide via UPS, DHL or FEDEX express courier ( tracking online available for all orders ).
Some items as Led Lights, Tablet and Tech Gadgets are shipped via AirMail International Service directly from our Suppliers in HongKong.
ALL the Pro-Audio and Dj Equipment is shipped from ITALY via UPS express courier.
Payment:
The payment is expected within 3 days from your purchase.
Shipping:
We will ship your purchase within 2 business days of receiving the payment, carefully packaged to make sure it arrives safely. Please, allow 4-7 days for delivery for items shipped by express courier ( it depends from destination ) or around 15 working days for items shipped by airmail, as We maybe on the other side of the world from you!
Refunds and Exchanges:
All items we sell come with a 10 days exchange/refund policy. All original packaging and materials must be returned with the product. All returns must be returned with shipping PAID by the BUYER. Defective product replacements will be sent with no shipping expenses to the customer.
ORDER CANCELLATION : In case of cancellation of an order the customer will receive the refund within 30 working days from the cancellation.
